Hello. I need your help. I purchased (second hand) one of your doll’s head, but it’s missing a back part of his head. The head is Jade, class 80 (I believe). I’ll attach his picture below. Does IOS makes spare parts ? May I ordered one from them somehow? I’ve emailed them, but no response… Thank you!
